At SkillSmart, we encourage CSR and charity team building. Hence, we suggest our
charitable team-building program where
employer-sponsored fundraising gives staff the opportunity to make a difference, with the ease and practicalities of the workplace.
Not all jobs can offer the opportunity to make a great impact on change, but by supporting a charity, The company and its employees can make a difference in their own way.

Many of our CSR team buildings are designed in a specific way that allows us to use only ecological and environment-friendly materials. For some specific activities, the final outcome will be donated to
support a cause of the company choice.

60% will be donated to the charity organization of Company’s choice and the specific project that was chosen to support while 40% will be for SkillSmart to cover the costs only.
We usually have few organizations to work with in this Activities.
